Referral program

• Every member gets a personal invite link and code. Someone who joins through one gets the welcome discount shown on their invite, taken off their first order when it meets the minimum shown. It isn't exchangeable for cash and doesn't carry over to a later order.
• When that first qualifying order is paid, the member who invited them earns the store credit shown on their Invite page. Store credit comes off future orders automatically, doesn't cover shipping, has no cash value and can't be transferred. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the store credit it used comes back to you, and a cancelled first order doesn't use up a welcome discount.
• Invites are for people you know, and a membership is for one person. Inviting yourself, a second account or an existing member earns nothing. Rewards may be reviewed before they're paid; we may decline ones that don't meet these terms and reverse credit earned from an order that's refunded or cancelled. Rewards are capped per member per year — the cap is on your Invite page.
• Privacy: a friend sees your first name on their invite, and you see their first name and last initial when they join, plus whether your reward has been paid — never what anyone orders.
• Some codes and invite links come from partners — creators, coaches and businesses we work with. Partners earn a commission on what the members they introduce pay for their orders, and must say so when they share. They see totals only, never who you are or what you order. A partner's welcome offer works like a member's: it comes off your first qualifying order at checkout.
• We may change or end the program at any time. A change never takes away a welcome discount already offered or credit already earned.
